Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Valid seven days. Friday and Saturday night stays will be subject to a £20 per night supplement which can be paid direct to the hotel. Does not include spa access unless stated on the voucher - this can be added for £20pp by calling 01294 204040. If spa access is included this is a one hour thermal experience with full use of facilities, robes and towels. Valid for 12 months from purchase. Subject to availability.
